If you’re drawn to photographs that feel raw, nostalgic, and a little unconventional, we might just be the perfect match. My approach blends documentary honesty with curated editorial flair so you get images that feel effortless, artful, and exactly like you.
If you want your special day captured the way it actually felt, not forced… then yes, we’re absolutely a match.

The roots behind
Coyote Films
Hi, I’m Michelle, a matcha addict, hopeless romantic, and photographer based in Boston.
I grew up in a desert city in Mexico, where my dad carried a film camera everywhere, photographing everyone we knew. I think that’s where it began—this deep love for freezing the small moments that make life feel soft, real, and worth holding onto.
Coyote Films was born from the need to document love.
It taught me that love doesn’t only exist in grand gestures—it lingers quietly, all around us, in the in-between moments.
The name Coyote comes from my Mexican heritage. In many stories, the coyote is a creator, a figure who helps shape the world, placing stars in the sky, even as he brings a kind of necessary, transformative chaos.
To me, Coyote means creation from what already exists.
It’s the art of noticing.
Of documenting.
Of honoring the beauty that’s already there—you, as you are.
